This journey has been transformative for me, and I want to share my knowledge and support with you.
As a certified Menopause and Transformation Coach, I believe that as magnificent women we have worked hard to get where we are in life deserve to thrive in this new chapter. It's our time to shine in all areas - career, health, relationships, mind, and body.
Let me share my story with you...
As a leader in the women's empowerment space for over two decades, I have helped countless women thrive in their careers and create fulfilling lives. But when menopause hit me at the age of 48, I found myself doubting and questioning everything. I felt like an imposter in my own life, struggling with anxiety, low confidence, and a myriad of symptoms I had never associated with menopause before.
Through research and self-discovery, I realised the lack of education and support available for women going through menopause. This realisation led me to a new mission - to create a safe and supportive space for women to explore this transition, understand its impacts, and find solutions that work for them.
Every woman deserves to thrive through menopause and live a life she chooses.
Together, we will embrace menopause in a way that works for you. Through a holistic approach, we will focus on simple practices that lead to meaningful change over time. And I will provide you with the space, information and tools to support others in your life, so no woman has to go through this journey alone anymore.

Amanda put me at ease and made me feel comfortable immediately and I find it very easy to trust her guidance to navigate me through my challenge. I ended up with a set of actions by the end of the season which I could apply immediately and I really wasn’t expecting to get to that point.

What is menopause coaching?
Menopause coaching is a personalised support service designed to help women navigate the transitions and challenges of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, focusing on physical, emotional, and mental well-being. We can structure sessions in a way that works for you and typically we work on one of your goals at a time, whether that's sleep, nutrition, weight, managing stress, relationships or physical symptoms.
Who can benefit from coaching sessions?
Any woman experiencing menopause or perimenopause can benefit from my coaching. It's for anyone seeking to understand their symptoms better and find effective coping holistic strategies. Partners and friends/family also benefit as you are able to share knowledge and resources with them and communicate in a way where they can understand and support you.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs. You'll receive personalised guidance, resources, and strategies to manage symptoms, enhance well-being, and set actionable goals with tangible actions. Sessions can include relaxation, visualisations, talking therapy and action planning and reflection. We always take time to celebrate the wins too!
Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing ample time for discussion and planning. There are options for email and messenger check-ins to keep on track.
